Toast the sourdough slices to your preferred level of crispiness, either in a toaster or on a grill pan for added flavor.
Place the bacon slices in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 360°F and cook for about 5-6 minutes or until the bacon is cooked but still a bit soft and chewy, not entirely crisp.
